Jim & Nancy

Jim Hunt Simon "Little Lando" is pictured to the right with his beautiful wife Nancy Simon at their home in Southern Louisiana. Jim has always had a particular interest in Cajun cooking, specifically smoked turkeys and hams. Jim's family, Cajun Culture, and living off the land has been his source of great pride and joy for many years.  

Sharing a Smoked Turkey

Jim's family shares a smoked turkey, dressed with delicious Cajun sides. This turkey was prepared with our traditional Cajun seasoning blend, smoked for hours in a pecan wood smoker and stuffed with Cajun sausage.
